Primary colors

We are blue: In the first place the primary blue conveys both a sense of competence and calmness. Our primary blue tones HARTMANN Bright Blue and HARTMANN Dark Blue reflect this as well as our expertise, dedication and brand values.

HARTMANN Bright Blue is used as the main color for shapes as well as in the typography. As an accent color, HARTMANN Dark Blue is subtly used in smaller shapes and as a typography color.

Accent colors

Our eight accent colors bring an emotional touch while enlivening the overall design. They are ideal for accenting smaller shapes and typographic highlights but notin large-scale color ones. While important, they should never play a bigger visual role than our HARTMANN Blue. The varying levels of opacity is allowed as needed.

Usage – the color of success

Pantone rules

HARTMANN's brand appearance utilizes a strong color palette. That’s why it’s recommended to use Pantone colors in print publications, whenever the desired effect and brilliant look is necessary. If only one special color is possible for printing, please print HARTMANN Bright Blue as a special color prioritized. If printing with special colors is not possible, print media will be printed in CMYK.

In digital media

In order to achieve the best possible color results of the HARTMANN Blue in all digital channels, please use the RGB color systems as described on previous pages.
